We launched D & R Solutions with a simple belief: the work of running a business deserves true care, not just a framework or a dashboard.

D & R is the two of us, working directly with a small number of clients at a time. That's intentional.

When we take on an engagement, you get our real presence… not a junior staffer or an outsourced team. Us.

Between the two of us, we’ve spent years inside Ops, CS, PM, and Marketing teams at founder-led and remote-first companies. We’ve seen what breaks when no one owns ops.

We’ve gotten good at building the kind of infrastructure that works, and scales.

Maryse

CEO & Co-Founder

Maryse leads with empathy and big-picture thinking. She's spent her career at the intersection of people and operations — understanding not just what needs to be built, but why it matters to the humans doing the work.

At D & R, she serves as Fractional COO and Chief of Staff depending on what each client needs, and she leads the firm's client relationships and growth.

Chloe

COO & Co-Founder

Chloe is operator-first. She thinks in systems, builds in sequences, and has an instinct for identifying the exact point where a process is breaking and why. She's comfortable in the weeds and equally effective at the 30,000-foot level.

At D & R, she delivers both the COO and COS function — whatever the client needs, she owns it.
